Yoga Retreat Costa Brava offers you a unique space to unwind and enjoy a privileged environment, an opportunity to experience a true holiday full of growth and wellbeing and a complete program specially designed to suit all your needs. Whether you’re looking to improve your yoga, take a healthy break, or cleanse your body with delicious vegetarian meals, San´s Yoga Retreat is the place. Located in a beautiful country house with a swimming pool by the foothills of the Pyrenees, in the stunning Costa Brava, near Barcelona. We will make it an unforgettable experience for all travelers!
Participants will practice VINYASA FLOW YOGA twice a day with international yoga teachers that will help you to challenge and improve your practice wether you are a beginner or and advanced student.
Vinyasa means “breath-synchronized movement”. Vinyasa Yoga is a series of asanas (postures) that will move you through the power of inhaling and exhaling. Its movements are of smooth flow and almost dance-like, which explains why it is sometimes referred to as Vinyasa Flow or just Flow. You will reach different levels of meditation as you flow through a wide variety of increasingly challenging sequences that will help you achieve an important balance between strength and flexibility, spirit and mind.
All levels are welcome to our Yoga Retreat. Don´t worry if you are a beginner, a Vinyasa class is both a great place to start and to continue improving your practice.
Wake up to a dynamic yoga class that will help get your day started full of energy and relaxed. After dark yoga sessions will take a more calming and therapeutic approach, combining the teachings of Vinnitsa Flow Yoga, Restorative Yoga and Breathing exercises, practitioners will achieve a deep state of relaxation.
All our meals are vegetarian. We take advantage of the area we are in to provide you with local products and typical recipes of the towns around us. Every meal has a taste of Mediterranean cuisine, cocked with great olive oil, fresh vegetables and seasonal products.
Nature and healthy eating lovers, our team have a great knowledge of food as a medicinal source. They like to design purifying and antioxidant recipes which together with a specific yoga practice and mindfulness meditation, participants can actually feel lighter, healthier and more connected with our Yoga Retreat.
Certified yoga teacher with overseas experience, Sandra Varas will be in charge of the design of each class and the dynamic of the whole Yoga Retreat. She will always work with another Guest teacher to provide a complete program mixed with daily classes and specific workshops that will enhance your experience. We will choose the subject of the workshop and special classes depending on the time of the year (Ayurvedic Self Massage, Thai Massage, Therapeutic Fly, Pranayama…).

He with a team of cooks will be preparing amazing dishes with delicious local food, collected from the house´s garden or
nearby. His passion for food becomes a key to achieving the desired results when we leave: Inner peace.
