Itinerary
Day 1: Arrival
Arrival at the coast, check-in and dinner at the hotel.
Day 2: Cadaqués and Empuriabrava
Departure to Cadaqués, a small village of Mediterranean character, typical of the Costa Brava and source of inspiration for many artists, writers and painters known all over the world, such as the famous Salvador Dalí. Lunch on the way. In the afternoon, boat trip along the canals of Empuriabrava, the largest residential marina in Europe with more than 30 km of canals. Return and dinner at the hotel on the coast.
Day 3: Girona and Dalí
After breakfast, we will go to Girona, a historic city with more than 2000 years of history. Discover its legends, its typical narrow streets, its city wall and its Jewish quarter, one of the best preserved in Europe. After lunch, departure to Figueras and visit of the famous Dalí Theatre-Museum to discover the masterpiece of the artist, the genius of surrealism. Return and dinner at the hotel on the coast.
Day 4: La Vall de Bianya
After breakfast, check out and departure to the Vall de Bianya, a beautiful natural site formed by meadows, forests and rivers. On a small train, discover its cultural heritage, from the Roman road to the fifteen Romanesque churches that dominate its territory. Have lunch in one of the typical restaurants. Then visit the medieval town of Santa Pau, located in the heart of the Volcanic Park. Drive to Ribes de Freser, check-in and dinner at the hotel.
Day 5: La Vall de Núria
After breakfast, check out and departure to the Vall de Bianya, a beautiful natural area made up of meadows, forests and rivers. On a small train, discover its cultural heritage, from the Roman road to the fifteen Romanesque churches that dominate its territory. Have lunch in one of the typical restaurants.
